While a single judge of the High Court is a ' court below ' , in relation to a Bench hearing an appeal under the Letters Patent , he is not a ' Court Subordinate ' to the High Court within this section .
लेटर्स पेटेंट के अधीन अपील की सुनवाई करने वाली पीठ के संदर्भ में जहां उच्च न्यायालय का एकल न्यायाधीश निचला न्यायालय होता है वहां उपर्युक्त धारा के अर्थ में वह उच्च न्यायालय का अधीनस्थ न्यायालय नहीं होता .
